The Revive collection features one-of-a-kind cocktail rings that reconstruct classic Japanese jewelry from the past. These rings were originally handcrafted by highly skilled Japanese artisans. However, as their designs came to be seen as old-style, the center stones were removed and the remaining settings are now treated simply as materials. Yutai values the craftsmanship and design of the original settings more than the rarity or market value of the gemstones themselves. By reimagining the setting—featuring tapered and round brilliant-cut diamonds—and placing them onto wide, plate-style platinum band, this piece is transformed into a unique, modern ring.
