Combining Greek and Roman art and Art Deco craftsmanship with a unique aesthetic, the Prounis pendant is made of 22k recycled gold with ancient goldsmith techniques.
A teardrop-shaped rainbow moonstone is framed in warm 22k gold. The bail is inspired by laurel leaves, used in ancient Greece to honor victors, and its broad leaf details are finished in repoussé, an ancient technique that raises the pattern by working the metal from the reverse.
Against darker clothing, the moonstone’s characteristic schiller effect becomes especially pronounced, revealing a soft blue-white glow. Refined rather than overtly ornate, the pendant adds a single luminous accent to an elegant look.
