Aquamarine Pileus Earrings

Combining Greek and Roman art and Art Deco craftsmanship with a unique aesthetic, the Prounis earrings are made of 22k recycled gold with ancient goldsmith techniques.
The pileus was a close-fitting felt cap worn in ancient Greece and Rome. True to its name, this design places a small gold “cap,” edged with granulation, atop an aquamarine drop.
The capped aquamarine sways lightly at the ear with an endearing sense of movement. Its clear blue color and the sparkle of the granulated gold catch the light with every motion.
